Who are the Songwriterz
THE SONGWRITERZ are a digital Urban Pop group consisting of songwriters, musicians, engineers, beat makers, lyricists, singers, musical composers and producers dedicated to songwriting and producing music for release internationally. We write songs for Pop, Hip-Hop, Rock, Dance, Latin Music, R&B, Country, Adult contemporary and Gospel artists. We also work with production companies and record labels. Statesman is a producer from a small beach town in Florida called Vero Beach. He has a degree from University of Florida, where he studied broadcasting, film, history, politics and the bottoms of beer bottles. His style is something only he could create from the chaos of his many influences. The goal is to fuse not only Soul Samples with Dirty South drums, but all types of samples from any source. Having a great hunger for cinema and music both domestic and foreign creates many unique sampling opportunities. Yet even with his love of Sampling Statesman feels there is no need to choose samples over keys or MPC’s over computers or vice versa. The only thing that matters is making music that helps the artist move the crowd, music that helps the crowd move the artist.

Samson Derrer: Singer/Songwriter, Musician
Samson Derrer is a musician and song writer from Boise, ID. Age 21. He currently plays Saxophone for Orlando Florida’s local Soul group The Sh-Booms.
Samson’s involvement with the Songwriterz has produced an international record release. This up-and-coming artist is growing fast in the music industry and will be releasing more songs in the near future.
